Do you remember the super soft playdough we previously shared for Valentine’s Day? We showed a picture with a tag that said Doh you want to be my Valentine. I have created a printable for you so you don’t need to make your own tag. We know that kids of all ages love to play with play doh. We had a party here with a lot of family members and kids ranging from college age to babies. The 4 year olds started playing first but by the end of the night it was a huge mess even though everyone had fun. By everyone I don’t just mean the 4 year olds. Most of the kids and some adults sat down and played with it for a few minutes.
DOH you want to be my Valentine is a fun printable to attach to your homemade playdough. Handmade valentines are always a big hit with kids when they are involved in the process. In the end they are proud of what they have created and are proud to give them away to their friends.
Jenny shared her homemade playdough recipe a while ago with a suggestion for a tag. I decided to take that suggestion and make it as a printable.
The playdough recipe is easy to make. It took me about 10 minutes to makewith help from one of my Little Chefs. While it is cooling print off the tags, cut them apart and attach some bakers twine, yarn, string or whatever you have on hand.
When the playdough is cool separate it and roll it into as many balls as you want. Slip each ball into a cellophane bag. Fold over the top and using your same twine/yarn/string tie a knot. Tie your tag on and you are done!
Here is your free printable DOH you want to be my Valentine.
