Chocolate Coconut Pecan Brownie

Easy Chocolate Pecan Brownie recipe is made from a boxed mix. But wait, it is then taken to a new level by the addition of mini chocolate chips, coconut and pecans.  This is a fast way to make a good brownie.

Just a few tips:

• Go ahead and use your favorite boxed brownie mix.
• Line your pan with foil and spray with non stick spray. When it is cooled lift it out holding onto the foil. It is so much easier to cut outside of the pan.
• Always check for doneness starting at 5 minutes before it should be done so it does not overcook.
