Strawberry Rocky Road

Strawberry Rocky Road is one of my favorite desserts as a kid...ok, I still really like it! I remember my mom making angel food cake from scratch so many times. Baking it in the oven and then flipping it over on top of an empty glass soda bottle that was kept under the kitchen sink for this purpose only-according to my recollection.
