Herbed Sweet Potatoes

Whenever I BBQ I always think to myself, what can I cook as a side dish that requires the grill? Why leave a big open space on the grill when you can fill it with something else that smells delicious! Cooking in foil is one of my favorite ways to make easy recipes. All those delicious juices are trapped inside the foil marinating whatever is inside. Cooking in foil makes clean up a breeze. Just throw away the foil and you have one less pan to scrub.
