Taffy Town
I'm always up for going somewhere different and FREE with the kids. This week we decided to check out Taffy Town which is located in downtown Salt Lake City. If you haven't been there I highly recommend it. They give FREE tours of their facility. This tour is a formal tour and only offered Monday thru Thursday at 10:30 a.m. OR 2:30 p.m.. These tours need to be scheduled 2 days in advance.

When I was pregnant with our daughter, I had a friend give me the book The Very Fairy Princess Follows Her Heart. Right away I was caught up in the illustrations by Christine Davenier. Legacy Regional Park
Recently we needed to make a trip up to Bountiful to pick up some shirts for the Wasatch Back Relay. I decided it would be fun to make a day trip out of it and find a fun park to visit. We found Legacy Regional Park located in North Salt Lake. My son was so excited to get out and play because of the climbing sets of the park, as well as the splash pad.
